Recommending the Executive Committee;
1) Review, modify if needed and approve the recommended Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Community Corrections (AB109) Planning & Implementation budget.
2) Approve the Chair to submit final recommended Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Community Corrections (AB109) Planning & Implementation budget for the Board of Supervisors approval.

On May 10, 2016, the CCP Executive Committee approved Agenda Item No. 16-0501 and 16-0502, which included the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget, Sixth Year Implementation Plan, and the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Community Corrections (AB109) Planning & Implementation Budget.
The Budget Package and Plan were submitted to the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors, through a Special Budget Meeting, on June 13, 2016, Agenda Item No. 16-0607. The agenda item 16-0607 was rejected as a whole by the Board of Supervisors with direction for the Chief Probation Officer and the Chief Administrative Officer to work with the CCP Executive Committee to return to the Board with a revised budget recommendation that includes an indirect cost recovery process.
The Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Community Corrections (AB109) Planning & Implementation Budget is being resubmitted for CCP Executive Committee approval as required to be resubmitted back before the Board of Supervisors. The Planning & Implementation Budget has not be revised and is being submitted to the CCP Executive Committee as approved at the May 10, 2016 CCP meeting.
