Background: The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office utilizes a software program known as SymPro Treasury Management Software to manage portfolio investments for the County. The department has contracted with SymPro for software maintenance and technical support since 1993.
Reason for Recommendation: The purpose of this agenda item is to convert the agreement from an annual term to a perpetual term with the option to terminate the agreement at any time.
Action to be taken following Board approval: One of the approved original agreements to be forwarded to the department. The department will notify Procurement of the Board's approval of the agreement and send the signed original to the vendor.
