1) Approve a Purchase Order to Softerra, Inc. in the amount of $11,653.20 for the purchase of Adaxes software license (perpetual) that will provide network access management functionality, and associated software maintenance for an initial one year period; and

Information Technologies recommending the Board consider the following:
1) Approve a Purchase Order to Softerra, Inc. in the amount of $11,653.20 for the purchase of Adaxes software license and perpetual software maintenance for an initial one year period; and

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Adaxes is a web application that provides network access management functionality for users and groups via approval workflows and delegation of responsibilities to individuals or groups of people at the department level.
Pursuant to Section 4.5 of Board of Supervisors Policy C-17, the perpetual term of this Agreement must be initially approved by the Board and reviewed annually thereafter to confirm these ongoing services.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
