Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division recommending the Commission receive and file the Rubicon Trail 2016 Annual Report on maintenance activities, volunteer projects and a summary of the 2016 Rubicon season.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Under the Cleanup and Abatement Order by the California State Water Board, a report was required to be submitted at year end. Although the order was been lifited, staff continue to prepare an annual report identifying maintenance and volunteer projects as well as a summary of all activities on the Rubicon Trail for the season.
