Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division, submitting request to consider the transfer of River Use Permit #08 from W.E.T. River Trips, LLC to CLWW, LLC dba W.E.T. River Trips; and staff recommending the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1) Approve the transfer of River Use Permit #08 from W.E.T. River Trips, LLC to CLWW, LLC dba W.E.T. River Trips and grant the new outfitter a one-year provisional permit.
