Estimated costs for the year are $19,900.

 

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

The Human Resources Department converted to Neogov in January 2012 for County-wide job applicant tracking.  The previous system (Sigma) was purchased by GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. and was no longer being supported.  This conversion was approved by the Board on January 24, 2012.  This is a perpetual Agreement and Board approval is required annually per Board Policy C-17, Section 4.5.  A summary of estimated costs for FY 2017-18 are as follows:

Following Board approval, the Human Resources Department will work with Procurement and Contracts to increase the blanket purchase order and issue payment for Fiscal Year 2017-18.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
