Clerk of the Board recommending the Board adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 114-2017 amending the 2017 Board of Supervisors regular meeting calendar to establish August 29, 2017 as a regular meeting date and canel the August 22, 2017 regular meeting date as the Tahoe Summit is taking place on August 22, 2017 and it is important Board members have the opportunity to participate.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Based on discussions with the Chief Administrative Office, all Board members are available for this revised date. It is important to the County that all Supervisors have an opportunity to participate in these discussions.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board may disapprove of these modifications and direct staff to retain August 22, 2017 as a regular meeting date or provide direction to staff to take other action.

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
