Executive Committee receive an update on data projects and law enforcement County integration efforts.

In May, County IT, Probation IT, and Jail IT staff met to discuss integration and to understand the data elements County IT currently integrate. The Court Pretrial Grant data elements and the CCP definition of recidivism were distributed and discussed.
The first priority for the group is to integrate court data into the pretrial software. This integration will allow the pretrial software to provide court reminders for all scheduled court hearings. County IT is working with the Court IT to address the data elements needed that are not in the current data pull. The next scheduled meeting will be in August to review progress. At that time, Court IT should have a revised report that contains all the needed data elements for review and County IT will have the framework for integration into the pretrial software.
The second priority is integration necessary to report on recidivism. In addition, a tentative priority for this group will be The Stepping Up Initiative data elements and baseline data needs.
