DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

Request to consider Conditional Use Permit S17-0018/Cal.net MUP (Auburn Lake Trails) submitted by Cal.net to allow for the construction of one wireless communication facility on an existing water tower consisting of two point to point radio two-foot diameter dish antennas, and three point to multipoint radio antennas. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 073-231-06, consisting of 0.38 acre, is located on the east side of Angel Camp Court, approximately 1,000 feet south of the intersection with Cascade Trail, in the Cool area, Supervisorial District 4.  (County Planner: Evan Mattes)  (Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301(b) of the CEQA Guidelines)**
