DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On July 17, 1990, the Board adopted Policy F-7: Interim Parkland Dedication or Fees Procedures. This policy was intended to be an interim policy until the El Dorado County General Plan Update - Recreation Element was adopted by the Board of Supervisors. The July 2004 El Dorado County General Plan includes the Parks and Recreation Element which includes policies for Interim Parkland Dedication or Fees. Therefore, Policy F-7 is no longer applicable and should be deleted.
