DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
On October 11, 2016, the Board approved Agreement for Services 153-F1711 (File ID: 16-0992, Agenda Item: 22) with CASA El Dorado, for the purpose of increasing the number of court appointed special advocates. Agreement 153-F1711 is funded by Agreement 334-F1711, between the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) (File ID: 16-0232, Agenda Item: 16), and is being passed through to CASA El Dorado via Agreement 153-S1711.
