Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: This correction is anticipated to have negligible to no fiscal impact.
Background: Human Resources has calculated the salary increases required by El Dorado County Charter Section 504, Memorandum of Understanding between the County of El Dorado and El Dorado County Deputy Sheriffs Association, and by Resolution. The Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 269-2009 to incorporate these increases into the Salary Schedule.
Reason for Recommendation: Due to differences in rounding the calculations, some salary steps of some classifications need to be adjusted by $.01/hour.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Staff will notify impacted departments of the revision to the Salary Schedule.
