Transportation Department recommending adoption of Resolutions 220-2008 through 225-2008 accepting the Irrevocable Offers of Dedication from West Valley LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for road right of ways and public service easements located along a segment of Latrobe Road on the parcels identified as Lots 1, 11 and 12 of the Large Lot Final Map entitled “West Valley Village”, which are necessary to accommodate project construction for the Latrobe Road Widening Project Phase 2.

Background:
In October 2006, West Valley LLC, a California Limited Liability Company executed Irrevocable Offers of Dedication to the County of El Dorado for public service easements and road right of ways, affecting Lots 1, 11, and 12 of the Large Lot Final Map entitled “West Valley Village”, in El Dorado Hills. Said offers were acknowledged but rejected at the meeting of the Board of Supervisors held on December 5, 2006. Said offers were necessary for the future widening of Latrobe Road and remain in effect and run with the land until such time as the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors accepts said offers by Resolution.
Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation received executed Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right of way and public service easements, for Lots 1, 11, and 12 of the Large Lot Final Map entitled “West Valley Village”, in El Dorado Hills. Said dedications were described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B in each of the attached recorded Resolutions that acknowledge but reject the Irrevocable Offers of Dedication.
