Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for two drainage easements for the subject properties identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 115-390-15 and 115-390-16. The first is situated along the back of parcel 120 and running to the front of the parcel along the westerly property line to Lambeth Drive. The second is situated along the entire easterly property line running to Lambeth Drive and then along the entire northerly property line along Lambeth Drive to Lambeth Court, being more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, attached to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Said dedication is being made by Lafferty Homes at Sierra Crossing, a California limited partnership, and is necessary to meet the condition of the County of El Dorado Planning Department as a result of final grading. The subject property location lies west of the Bass Lake Road and South of Green Valley Road.

The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offers at this time. Authorization for recording of said offers is pursuant to Government...
