Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a drainage easement for the subject property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 115-380-16.  The easement is situated along the southerly property line of Lot 136 and running from Lot 135 to Lot 137, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, attached to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.  Said dedication is being made by Tam T. Dam and Mae T. Dam, and is necessary to meet the condition of the County of El Dorado Planning Department as a result of final grading.  The subject property location lies west of Bass Lake Road and South of Green Valley Road.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offer at this time.  Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1.      Said Resolution will be recorded.

2.      A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
