Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received four Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right of way, including the underlying fee, a storm drain easement, landscape and public service easements, and a temporary construction easement from Russell Kwok and Linda Ling-Hui Kwok, Trustees of the Kwok Trust Dated May 28, 1996. The subject property is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 119-100-08-100 and is located on Bass Lake Road in El Dorado Hills. Said right of way and easements are more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, which are attached to each Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Said dedications are being made pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the Bass Lake Hills Specific Plan Development Agreement and are necessary in order to accommodate the construction of the Bass Lake Road Reconstruction Project #66109 (D R Horton).
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolutions accepting said offers, at this time. Authorizatio...
