Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right of way and public utilities easements running between the two properties as a switch back road, for the subject property identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 092-430-12 and 092-430-13, being more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, attached to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Said dedication is being made by Lending Hand Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and is necessary to meet a condition of approval for a map correction file # P74-0247C. The subject properties locations are westerly of Highway 49 on Lauren Lane north of Union Mine Road and Sand Ridge Road.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offers at this time. Authorization for recording of said offers are pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. Said Resolution will be recorded.
2. A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
