Reason for Recommendation:
Public utilities easements, as shown on Vista Del Lago, Unit One, Lot 4 final map recorded in Book H of Subdivision Maps at Page 46, were irrevocably offered in perpetuity to the County of El Dorado and accepted by the Board of Supervisors in January of 1991.

An application has been submitted by Michael Lee and Susan Lee, Trustees of the Lee Family Trust date 2/04/93, requesting that the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors vacate the public utilities easements located on the side and rear property lines of Lot 4, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 110-631-04. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted in Exhibit “B” of the attached Resolution.

The subject property is located at 1930 Shoreview Drive, east of Lakehills Drive and north of Green Valley Drive, in El Dorado Hills. Said action is necessary to accommodate construction of improvements on the subject lot.

All utility companies that could be impacted by this vacation have provided the Department of Transportation with written notification that they have no facilities within the subject areas and have no objection to the proposed abandonment.
