Said dedication is being made by Kenneth W. Sherrod and Zolane Sherrod, Trustees, and is necessary to meet a condition of approval for a Development Plan (PD06-0031) and a zoning change (AZ05-0002). The subject property location lies south of Highway 50 and abuts the existing Runnymeade Drive in the Shingle Springs area.
