Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right of way and public utilities easements situated along the centerline of Woodside Way, for the subject properties identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 090-400-13 and 090-400-16, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B attached to each corresponding Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Said dedications are being made by David C. Reinhart and Becky L. Reinhart, John W. Toomey and Carrie L. Toomey, and is necessary to meet the condition of requirements for a Boundary Line Adjustment #06-0029.  The subject property location lies south of Mother Lode Drive, in the Shingle Springs area.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offers at this time.  Authorization for recording of said offers is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.   
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1.      Said Resolution will be recorded.
 
2.      A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
