Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right of way, public utilities easements, and slope easement situated along the centerline of Cerrito Road, for the subject property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 092-090-62, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" attached to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.  Said dedication is being made by Alana M. Patterson-Caylor and Shannon Marie Petty, and is necessary to meet a condition of approval for Certificate of Compliance #2005-71.  The subject property location lies west of the intersection with Patterson Road in the Diamond Springs/El Dorado area.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offers at this time.  Authorization for recording of said offers is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1.      Said Resolution will be recorded.

2.      A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
