Title
Recommending the Executive Committee approve the Chair to submit an item to the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors to consider the following;
1. Authorizing the Local Innovation Subaccount revenue be included as part of the annual Community Corrections Budget recommendations; and
2. Sign a Budget Transfer in the amount of $63,574.04, moving the 10% of the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Growth Funds $30,879.18 and the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Growth Funds $32,694.86 from the Local Innovation Subaccount to the Community Corrections Subaccount to increase revenue and appropriations; and
3. Approval future Budget Transfers from the Local Innovation Subaccount to the Community Corrections Subaccount as part of the annual Community Corrections budget process.

Recommending the Executive Committee in concurrence with the CAO recommend the Board authorize the Local Innovation Subaccount revenue be included as part of the Community Corrections Budget recommendations that will be brought before the Board for review and acceptance each year. Approval for a budget transfer to move the 10% of the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Growth Funds and the Fisal Year 2016-2017 to the Community Corrections Subaccount and any future budget transfers to move funds between the revenue and the operating account be approved with COA approval and recommendation.
Beginning in the 2015-16 fiscal year, each county treasurer, city and county treasurer, or other appropriate official shall transfer to the Local Innovation Subaccount 10 percent of the moneys received October 20, 2016 from each of the following state accounts, (GC 30029.07(b)):
