Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received four Grants of Easement from Carlton C. Crystal and Wilma S. Crystal, as Trustees of The Crystal Family Trust of December 27, 1990, for slope and drainage easements and temporary construction easements. The subject properties are identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 115-080-02 and 102-220-04 and are located at the southwesterly corner and on the northwesterly corner of Deer Valley Rd. and Green Valley Rd., in the Rescue area. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, which are attached to said Grants of Easement. Said easements are necessary in order to accommodate the construction of Deer Valley Rd. and Green Valley Rd. Intersection Improvements Project #66114.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said Grants and recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificates of Acceptance, at this time.
