Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received two Grants of Easement from Carl E. Greenhalgh, as Trustee of The Greenhalgh Family Trust of March 27, 1997, for a slope and drainage easement and a temporary construction easement. The subject property is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 102-220-07 and is located at the northeasterly corner of Deer Valley Rd. and Green Valley Rd., in the Rescue area. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, which are attached to said Grants of Easement. Said easements are necessary in order to accommodate the construction of Deer Valley Rd. and Green Valley Rd. Intersection Improvements Project #66114.

The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said Grants and recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificates of Acceptance, at this time.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. Said Grants of Easement and Certificates of Acceptance will be recorded.
2. Copies of the recorded Grants of Easement and Certificates of Acceptance will be sent to the property owner.
3. A certificate of correction, modification or amendment may be recorded by the Surveyor's office.
