Transportation Department recommending adoption of the Resolution 002-2009 accepting the Irrevocable Offers of Dedication from Cameron Park Ventures, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, Burkhardt's Cameron Park LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability Company, Cameron Park Partners, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as to Parcel 1 of PM 49/111; and adoption of Resolution 003-2009 accepting the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication from Cameron Park Senior Living, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as to Parcel 2 of PM 49/111; for road right of way, in fee, and public utilities and slope easements, located along the westerly boundary line of Assessor's Parcel Number Parcel 2, and along the easterly boundary of Parcel 1, which is necessary to comply with the project conditions for A06-0003, Z05-0008, TM05-1400, P05-0014, PD05-0005, and S05-0017.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right of way, including the underlying fee, and pubic utilities and slope easements, situated along the westerly boundary line of Parcel 2 of PM #49/111, also identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 083-350-49 and along the easterly boundary of Parcel 1 of PM #49/111, also identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 083-350-48, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolutions. Said dedications are being made by Cameron Park Ventures, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, Burkhardt's Cameron Park LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability Company, Cameron Park Partners, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as to Parcel 1 of PM #49/111, and Cameron Park Senior Living, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as to Parcel 2 of PM #49/111, and are necessary to meet the condition requirements for A06-0003, Z05-0008, TM05-1400, P05-0014, PD05-0005, and S05-0017.
The subject properties are situated on Ponte Morino (per Board action to adopt the Resolution of Name Change on December 11, 2007 by Resolution No. 302-2007, changing the street name from Gabbert Drive), east of Cameron Park Drive and north of Highway 50, in Cameron Park.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution accepting said offers at this time. Authorization for recording of said dedications is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Said Resolutions and Irrevocable Offers of Dedication (IOD) referenced herein will be recorded.
2) Copies of the recorded Resolutions and IODs will be sent to the property owners.
