Supervisors Briggs and Baumann request Board approve Chairman to sign an Easement Agreement, by and between, the County of El Dorado, the Sacramento Placerville Transportation Corridor Joint Powers Authority and Ginney-Campoy, LLC.
On June 3, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Tentative Parcel Map P07-0010. On this date, the Board's actions on this item also included: the adoption of Ordinance 4773 to rezone (Z07-0044) the subject parcel (APN 090-040-39) from General Commercial to General Commercial-Planned Development; the adoption of the Development Plan (PD07-0030) as the official development; and the adoption of the negative declaration. The Conditions of Approval, as approved by the Board on June 3, 2008, require the applicant, Ginney-Campoy, LLC., to enter into a JPA Easement Agreement with the County of El Dorado prior to filing the Parcel Map.
