Attached is a list released on January 16, 2009 by the State Controller listing potential payments that may be delayed due to the State's cash flow situation. These delayed payments could have a significant impact on the County's ability to deliver services. The Chief Administrative Office is seeking direction from the Board of Supervisors regarding actions that the County may take to prepare for these payment deferrals.
