DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

APN No. 323-400-16-000 is located on Placerville Drive with no established address and the nearest cross-street is Ray Lawyer Drive.  The property consists of approximately 48 acres and is multi-use zoned.  The potential aquisition may allow for County Government Center growth and allow consolidation of locations that are currently leased.
