Title: Chief Administrative Office, Facilities Division, recommending the Board consider the following: 1) Authorize the Chair to sign Facility Use Agreement 2705 between the County and the Military Family Support Group for use of space at 330 Fair Lane (Building ‘A’) and 360 Fair Lane (Building ‘B’) for a period of five (5) years, with optional renewal periods, for the purpose of storing donated items intended for local military families and veterans residing in El Dorado County; 2) Make a determination that use of the County’s property as described above provides a public benefit; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute further documents relating to Facility Use Agreement No. 2705, including future options, and amendments that have no fiscal impact, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
