Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division-River Program, submitting request to consider the transfer of River Use Permit #01 from Mariah Wilderness Expeditions, Inc., to Adventure Connections, Inc., which holds River Use Permit #50; and staff recommending the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1) Approve the transfer of River Use Permit #01 to Adventure Connection, Inc. and retain River Use Permit #01 as a secondary (component) permit in addition to River Use Permit #50

Dani Potter, owner of Mariah Wilderness Expeditions, Inc., which holds River Use Permit #01, and Nathan Rangel, president of Adventure Connection, Inc., which holds River Use Permit #50, request the transfer of River Use Permit #01 to Adventure Connection, Inc. and to retain River Use Permit #01 as a secondary (component) permit in addition to River Use Permit #50.
