County Counsel recommending the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the First Amendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement creating the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Facilities Joint Powers Authority with the City of South Lake Tahoe, the County of El Dorado and the Tahoe Paradise Resort Improvement District.
