DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
At the Board's June 20, 2017 meeting (Item 32), Transportation informed the Board that it would be funding the Project using a portion of the $3.0 million of local discretionary funding that the Board allocated for road maintenance as part of the FY 17/18 budget. Transportation added the Project to the Capital Overlay Rehabilitation Program (CORP), which was adopted by the Board as part of the 2017 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) on June 27, 2017(Item 25).
