Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Costs vary by election. The cost of ballots will be determined by the number of registered voters participating in an election. Local districts going to election are billed for their portion of the total ballot costs.
Background: Premier Election Solutions has provided ballots for El Dorado County since the implementation of new voting equipment in June 2006.
Reason for Recommendation: Premier Election Solutions will print ballots for El Dorado County and guarantee pricing through November 30, 2012.
Action to be taken following Board approval: CAO Procurements and Contracts will issue a blanket purchase order.
