Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
There is no fiscal impact and no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Background:
The excess road right of way, public utilities and slope easements were vacated by Resolution of Vacation under Legistar Item No. 09-0338 preceding this file.

Reason for Recommendation:
Road and public utility easements were irrevocably offered for dedication and accepted by the County Surveyor on the final Parcel Map that recorded May 8, 1998 in Book 46 at Page 112. A subsequent Parcel Map effecting a Lot Line Adjustment was filed in the office of the El Dorado County Recorder, on February 28, 2000, in Book 47 at Page 53, changing Parcel 3 to Parcel 1.
The Department of Transportation has received replacement Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right of way, public utilities and slope easements situated on Parcel 1 of PM # 47/53 and Parcel 4 of PM # 46/112, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 110-590-51 and 110-590-54, being more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B of the attached Resolutions. Said dedications are being made by Stanley M. Rhodes and Janet A. Rhodes, owners of Parcel 1 of PM # 47/53, and Greg G. Gularte, owner of Parcel 4 of PM # 46/112, and are necessary to realign the cul-de-sac road easement shown on said Parcel Maps to match the actual physical location of said easement. The subject property location is situated at the end of La Sierra Drive, adjacent to the Vista del Lago subdivision, north of Green Valley Road and east of Lakehills Drive, in El Dorado Hills.
