Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None.
Background: On 12/09/2008 (File #08-1731, Agenda #14), the Board approved on consent Amendment #1 to Agreement #117-S0811 with TriSignal Integration, Inc, expanding the scope of service to furnish personnel, equipment and parts to provide annual testing, inspections, monthly preventive maintenance and repairs or any additional required improvements/additions "as needed" on the Fire Alarm Systems and CCTV Camera, Intercom and Electronic Door Control System at the South Lake Tahoe Jail and the South Lake Tahoe Juvenile Treatment Center.
Reason for Recommendation: Amendment #2 to this Agreement was processed at the recommendation of Procurements & Contracts and the Chief Administrative Office to identify changes in compensation for amended exhibit A. There is no change in the total amount of compensation for this agreement.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The Chairman will sign the Amendment.
