Reason for Recommendation: Resolution No. 250-81 establishes through highways pursuant to Section 10.08.060 of the El Dorado County Ordinance Code.  On February 11, 2009, the Traffic Advisory Committee at Tahoe recommended the addition of Washoan Boulevard as a through highway for the purpose of installing and sanctioning "STOP" signs on seven (7) intersecting streets along the 0.68 mile length of Washoan Boulevard.  The proposed Resolution amends Resolution No. 250-81 adding Washoan Boulevard as a through highway as recommended by the Traffic Advisory Committee.

Action to be taken following Board approval:  The Clerk of the Board will return a signed copy of the Resolution to the Department of Transportation.  The Department of Transportation will install "STOP" signs.
