Chief Administrative Office recommending the Board authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment I to Agreements 467-F0911 and 468-F0911 with El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce for promotions services through the Visitors Authority Council and Film Commission, respectively. These amendments clarify Article III Compensation for Services.

Background: On November 18, 2008 the Board approved the Contracts #467-F0911 and #468-F0911 with El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce as a result of a Request for Proposals for promotions funding. These amendments clarify invoicing language in Article III Compensation for Services. The original contracts provided for "itemized invoice(s) identifying services rendered". These contracts are paid on a monthly flat-rate basis, which is not consistent with itemization of invoices. These amendments remove reference to itemization of invoices.

Action to be taken following Board approval: Upon Board approval, Chief Administrative Office will distribute and administer the agreement.
