Library Department recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to sign a budget transfer increasing revenues and appropriations for FY 2017-18 for library materials in the amount of $37,406 as a result of donations received from the Friends of the Library and the community.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Library has received donations from the Friends of the Library and the community for library materials. Library is requesting approval of the attached budget transfer increasing appropriations in the amount of $37,406.00. Funds will be used in FY 2017-18 to purchase library materials.
