Background: The Red Cross has donated $500 to be used for advertising and other costs related to Emergency Preparedness classes in the South Lake Tahoe area. This training is to prepare citizens to assist with emergency efforts during a disaster.

Action to be taken following Board approval: The check will be deposited into the STARs budget and the funds will be used for Emergency Prep training costs.
