DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On August 28, 2018 the Board received an invitation from El Dorado Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) study session regarding the State of Fire Districts in El Dorado County. At their June meeting, LAFCO Commissioners directed LAFCO staff to schedule a study session on this subject matter in September of 2018 as demonstrated in the attached memo from LAFCO.
