Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the Building Industry Advisory Committee, recommending the Board accept the following resignation and make the following appointment to the Building Industry Advisory Committee:
1) Accept the resignation of Katie Donahue; and
2) Appoint Jeff Short, North State Building Industry Association Member, Term Expiration 10/30/2021.

On September 28, 2018, the Clerk of the Board was notified that Katie Donahue, North State Building Industry Association Member, had resigned from the Building Industry Advisory Committee. A Notice of Vacancy was posted on October 1, 2018. After the vacancy period had expired, only one application was received from Jeff Short.
