Reason for Recommendation:
Article III (e) of the El Dorado County Mental Health Commission By-Laws requires that the Mental Health Commission submit an Annual Report to the Board of Supervisors on the needs and performance of the County's mental health system. For 2009, the Mental Health Commission identified housing for mentally ill individuals in El Dorado County as the subject of their report.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Receive and file report.
