Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
There is no fiscal impact and no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Reason for Recommendation:
Road, public utilities and drainage easements, as shown on Parcel Map #36/115, filed for record in January 1987 in the office of the El Dorado County Recorder, and were offered by El Dorado Hills Business Park Joint Venture to the County of El Dorado, and were accepted on said Parcel Map.

An application has been submitted by PAC/SIB L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company, current owners of the subject parcels, requesting that the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors abandon the public utilities and drainage easements that are located along the side and rear boundary lines of former Parcels 52, 53 and 54 of said PM #36/115, now shown and so designated on that certain Parcel Map that filed for record in the Office of the El Dorado County Recorder, on October 1, 2004, in Book 48 of Parcel Maps, at Page 132. Said Parcels 52, 53 and 54 have been re-configured by the design of past parcel maps and boundary line adjustments that had been filed. Said public utilities and drainage easements to be abandoned are more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution of Vacation.

The subject parcels are also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 117-210-33 and 117-210-34 and are situated on Golden Foothill...
