Reason for Recommendation:  The Health Services Department would like to donate two (2) Iridium Model 9505A Satellite telephones to Barton Healthcare Systems and Alpine County.  The satellite telephones will be used for safety and security purposes associated with public emergencies.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with Barton Healthcare Systems and Alpine County for the donation of said property.
