Appoint Mark McCuster, Fraternal Organization Representative (Vacant), Term Expiration 3/12/2021.

The Fraternal Organization Representative's term ended on January 1, 2019. The Clerk of the Board received notice that Mark McCuster was interested in the appointment. He is the current elected "Master" of Placerville Lodge #26. There being no others interested or with the qualifications, the Clerk of the Board is recommending the appointment of Mark McCuster.
