Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of Supervisor Novasel, recommending the Board make the following appointment to the Happy Homestead Cemetery District:
Accept the resignation of Charles Knowlton, Member; and
Appoint Doug Witt, Member (Vacant), Term Expiration 1/1/2023.

The Clerk of the Board was notified by the Happy Homestead Cemetery District that Charles Knowlton did not wish to seek reappointment. On December 12, 2018, a Notice of Vacancy was posted for the vacant Member position. Two applications were received and after Supervisor Novasel reviewed both of the applicants qualifications, Supervisor Novasel is recommending the Board appoint Doug Witt to the Happy Homestead Cemetery District (District V Residency required).
