Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction. The results of the votes cast at the Mosquito Fire Protection District Special Mail Ballot Election held on March 5, 2019, were certified by the Registrar of Voters on March 15, 2019 and are submitted herewith.
