DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On November 15, 2016, your Board authorized the issuance of a business license to Ronnie Marks, dba El Dorado County Psychic, pursuant to El Dorado County Ordinance Code, Title 5, Section 5.14.070, Business Taxes, Licenses and Regulations.
The Sheriff’s Office recommended issuing that first license, and is now recommending that a second license be issued to Ronnie Marks for another fortune telling/physic location in Placerville.

The Board could vote against issuing the second license.
