Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None. The DDC grant has a 20% County match requirement of $18,532, which is to be covered by in-kind services funded by Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Federal Block Grant funding. However, this amount was estimated at $11,582 in the FY 2009-10 Alcohol/Drug Program budget prior to receipt of Grant Notice; adjustment to FY 2009-10 to accommodate actual match amount will be addressed in the FY 2009-10 Budget Addenda process.

The CDCI grant also has a 20% County match requirement of $18,667 funded by Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Federal Block Grant funding. However, only a portion of this amount was budgeted in FY 2009-10 as the term of the grant begins January 1, 2010; the remainder will be budgeted in FY 2010-11.
