DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Upon successful completion of the recruitment and selection process, it is recommended that Kimberly Dawson be appointed by the Board of Supervisors as the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at step one of the salary range, and that her benefits and other compensation be administered per the Salary and Benefits Resolution for Unrepresented Employees.
ALTERNATIVES
If not approved, the County will be required to conduct a second recruitment for the position of Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
